  My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of this company and their technician. The technician was very mindful of COVID-19 distancing and other precautions and very courteous which made my wife comfortable. Furthermore, he was able to identify the problem with our AC and Heating quickly and had the system up and running in short order. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family and if we have any issues in the future they will have our business.

  We had our water heater replaced this evening. Three trucks pulled up in front of our house and four representatives entered our house. The service representatives were not wearing face masks or gloves When my husband inquired about that they said they did not have any. Unfortunately, we did allow them to complete the job. We have always been pleased with there work. What I am disappointed in is myself for not asking them to leave until they had face masks and gloves. I should have asked for fewer workers to enter our home. We have a 91 year old, 71 year old and 67 year old living in this house. Southglenn Heating and Air Conditioning should also provide recommended gear for their employees during this time of COVID19.

  I would highly recommend this company for AC repair. Our family's experience with them was AMAZING! They were professional and helpful and explained everything in great detail. They also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. I will use them exclusively from now on for any heating or AC need.
