  Similar to many of the other reviews posted here, we had an excellent experience with Jorge, Patric, Chris and Dave. The team helped run a new gas line to our fireplace and kitchen cook top and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Moreover, they were professional, responsive, and respectful of our house. We most certainly recommend the Southern States team!

  I would give them 10 starts if I could! Jorge and Patrick and the whole Southern States team did a fantastic job running a new gas line to our kitchen island and connecting it to our new cook top. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to inform us on each step they were taking. If you want the job done right with outstanding customer service then you have found the right team!

  Highly recommended. Chris at Customer service went extra mile to help me settle oil delivery and billing issue. Matt is very professional and accommodative in communication and site work.
