ME Flow service and customer care was exceptional. My hot water heater went out Friday night. I called ME Flow Saturday morning and new hot water heater was installed early Saturday evening. Communication and care for customer exceeded all expectations. Ann and Melina kept me informed during the entire process. Installers Sean and Noah were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up so well, you would never know they were in our house. Thank you so much ME Flow for your outstanding service.

We had a flood stop valve installed on our water heater. The work was done within a day of our request and $200 cheaper than another highly rated company. The installers took safety precautions and were friendly, efficient and competent.

The service tech—John—showed up on time and fixed my problem thoroughly and quickly! He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ve used ME Flow before and they always have done top notch work! I recommend them without reservation!
