  They basically made fun of me for trying to DIY a project to save money. Instead of anything that remotely was friendly service, I walk in to hear them belittle a previous customer, then laugh about how stupid he was. I got about the same treatment. They may have knowledge, but are not good people to deal with.

  these guys are good to work with they were very helpful i called i the morning and was walking out the door before luch with a replacement part for my Hvac that no one else wanted to sell me and it was a third of the price that the rip offs that sound like fergi wanted and wouldnt sell me because i am not a Hvac guy
