  Phillip did great work and although there was an issue with the heat pump it was not his fault, his distributor was the one to blame. Not only did he work non-stop to remediate the issue which still took a few weeks the distributor accepted responsibility and the heat pump was upgraded at no charge and I was not charged any additional labor cost for the multiple times he came out. I'm glad my equipment was under warranty and he was not going to leave my family without heat in dead of the winter. Thanks Phil! Everything works great and my last electric bill was only $150.00. I would recommend him 100 times over!
