  I don't usually write comments, however, I had to say something about this company. I called earlier and tried to speak with someone that wasn't the secretary because she was being aggressive and unprofessional. I kept asking to speak with someone else and she hung up on me but she had a couple of rude comments before doing so.

  All I can say if you don't give the "secretary" the proper information you won't talk to anyone else. We constantly get solicitation & sales calls that take away from us to be able to take emergency service calls from our customers. Sorry we hurt your feelings, if you call back we will have a conversation, unless you are trying to sell us something.

  I called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady that answer the call was being rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and didn't even let me say what i had to say before she asked me to hang off the phone.
