  They do a wonderful job. The work is very good and they clean up when done. Wes is always available when you have a question. They wear masks when indoors. The install goes very fast. They had my old unit out and new one installed in about 6 hrs. I also had the reme helo system installed. I waited to write the review in was installed on Friday 10/1/2021. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is because I am still waiting for my circuit breakers to be updated. On the inside emergency breaker.They had pictures of the inside of the breaker from the Oct 1st when there guys took pictures and it's the 12th of October. They had the picture of the outside of the breaker from September 23 when technician came out to diagnosed the problem with my Air conditioning. He did a great job giving me information about my old unit and explained everything very clearly. And Wes also did a great job but Terence is very hard to get a hold of and doesn't return calls very well . You would think after 2 weeks they would have called with information. Plus I have called and left messages for him with no reply back. The last picture is the old breaker.

  Initially the thing that impressed me most about AC Pros was their communication. From the moment I scheduled the appointment I received a text confirming the date and time, I then received another text from the tech letting me know when they would be on site. Once the service work was performed received another notification that the work was completed and thanking me for my business. Upon arrival to Tech was polite knowledgeable and thorough! From the office staff all the way through the completion of the work by the knowledgeable and friendly technician I was very impressed and I would highly recommend AC Pros for all of your HVAC needs! Thank you

  AC Pros responded quickly, professionally, and efficiently to replace two AC units and outdoor condensers. Installation was most complex but the teams managed it extremely well. From planning to installation and assistance with our home warranty company, AC Pros managed the entire process in a magnificent manner.
