  I've been a customer of Southern Comfort for over 3 years. Their quality, service and value is best in the industry. The tech on our project today, Carter was on-time, very courteous and completed the maintenance quickly. I would highly recommend Southern Comfort to any home owner looking for new installations or on-going maintenance.

  Southern Comfort ~Griffin and his partner were absolutely fantastic!!! Highly intelligent with what’s normal, what needs attention, and or be better and more efficient. I found a new company today that I will be gladly call back when the time comes. I had our ductwork cleaned out and sanitize along with him fixing a lot of saggy or open spots in the ducts and furnace itself. Not one time did they try to sway me one way or the other like a salesman. Showed me what was wrong or what could be better with a importance level (suggestions) as well. I’m very happy with this company and will easily be using again. Owner is super nice and listens. Southern Comfort kuddos to you, I was impressed from start to finish!

  My wife called Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling a day after we received 6 inches of snow in Lexington. She spoke to Matt who was extremely helpful and promised a technician would be there that day. We were given an appointment time and they showed up on time. We ended up having to get a new furnace installed. I was relieved to hear the final out the door price we were given by our technician. They came in lower than I expected and provided us with a level of service much higher than we received in the past from some of the larger companies in town.
