  We have had our geothermal service a couple of times with this company and they were outstanding. We decided this year to replace the furnace and they have been absolutely wonderful from the start of the process. Mike was great to work with and the guys installing were wonderful!! Prompt, and cleaned up any messes! They will be our go to company for maintenance

  We have had an excellent experience with Engineered HVAC! Straight-forward and up front from the beginning, which is the way it should be…right? We moved to Lexington in 2018 and bought a place with 3 systems, which had not been maintained and were varying ages. We worked with 3 other HVAC companies with dismal results before finding Engineered!. Engineered reps have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus their price was fair from the start! They will be our HVAC pros from here on out. Thank you so much!!

  We love our new AC! Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful from estimate to install. The install team was courteous and kept the area clean. They did a great job, we are very satisfied. We’ve really liked the WiFi connected thermostat. I can highly recommend Engineered Heating and Air.
