  I have used this company four times and it should have only been twice. I called the first time to recharge the system and fix any issues. They recharged the system but did not repair the leak which we had to call them back out and fix. We then called them again for lack of airflow and the cabin not getting cool enough and they spent all of 5 minutes there and said everything was fine. After another call out and my maintenance supervisor being present to point out the issues to them, the issue was that we had duct work that needed to be repaired. We had Southern scheduled for over a week and a half, blocked off a two day window to complete the job and they decided to show up at 2pm on the last day. There was issues that was solved 30 minutes later and they decided to leave and were rescheduled for the following day as we had guests checking in. They never showed up and said they had other jobs that had to complete instead Between the multiple call outs and lost revenue, I am done with this company.

  Wife called a month ago, service guy came out that evening, checked A/C unit and found the problem. Was told to order the part so we have cool air, 2 weeks later I call, no part ordered and would call me back… no call, busy in Hochatown, 3 weeks, call main office, part never ordered so they ordered and said it would be in on Tuesday and they would come right out and fix it, still never heard anything, still no cool air. Need to move their business to Hochatown and just deal there!

  I had a broken freon line. They came out and replaced it and recharged the system. The unit was under warranty so it was free of charge. Timely and responsive. Had the job done in about an hour or so.
