  I can’t recommend Southern Comfort enough! I’ve rarely met someone who is so honest and hard working. We have used him for the past couple years and Jim always does a great job and for a very fair price. He also stands behind his work and makes sure you’re happy.

  I own a rental property in Fort Walton Beach and live in VA. My property manager quoted an exorbitant price to replace my aged system. I found Jim through a referral and was comforted to find his 5 star reviews. The system shut down the 1st of July and Jim was there to replace it on July 3rd. He came in $1500 under what I was being quoted by my property manager. I had damage incurred to the unit less than 3 months after it was installed. Jim came out immediately and covered the parts and labor under warranty. His service after the sale is impeccable. I will demand my rental company coordinate annual maintenance and any future service through Jim. I’m fortunate to have found Jim. He is THE BEST!!

  Jim is honest & very knowledgeable about a/c systems service and repair. His prices are very reasonable. For the past 16 years he has been servicing our AC system on our old house & our new house as well. 2 years in our new home A/C system had a problem Jim diagnosed the problem and made sure that the part was paid for under factory warranty, and got it fixed fast. We won't call anyone else. He is the best around.
