  We are business owners and have used Economy for several refrigeration needs with our business. Each time we have had excellent service. Today was no exception as Sean cleaned our ice machine, removing all the necessary parts and cleaning each one thoroughly. Harrison, also has serviced our hot/cold lines and did an outstanding job, locating and repairing what was needed. These employees are always kind, professional and we definitely recommend them.

  Excellent experience! When I called someone actually answered the phone and took care of getting me an appointment; I did not have to leave a message! Robert came to my home to evaluate what was needed and make recommendations. He was on time , knowledgeable, and did a detailed evaluation of my needs. I received a quick quote and it was the best price and for the best quality equipment. The company then was able to give me an additional discount of $250 based on Economy Air being rated as an approved installer for a high efficiency system and a rebate from Gulf Power. The equipment was installed by John and Brett. They were on time, did and did excellent job. Economy also was able to get me an additional warranty at no cost from Mitsubishi due to their Diamond Rating by Mitsubishi. This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in making a purchase!.

  Economy heating and air is an amazing company. They are very professional with amazing communication. Shawn is the tech that worked with me and I was so impressed. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process of the ac repair for a vacation rental I manage. I have worked with alot of companies over the years and I have never recieved such great service. Thank you for being so awesome Shawn!
