Really great people to deal with. The air conditioner stopped working at 5:05 pm on a Wednesday. We called Southern Air and they sent John to help. John diagnosed the issue, made a plan for a permanent solution, and helped us with a temporary solution for the evening. Within two days, he and his team had our system working and cool again. I felt Southern Air’s rates were fair, they worked in a timely manner and they were all nice to work with.
