  EDIT: After my co tract ended, I realized they did not uphold the contact by coming out 3 times, but instead only came to service my AC 2 times. However since the contract had ended, there was nothing they could do, even though they were the ones who violated the terms of the contract. So for future warning, if you're going to enter into the yearly maintenance with them, keep up with how many visits you get and when your contracts end. Noah came out for our service check up and was friendly, courteous, and was here even when it was getting late. It's something I really appreciate so we didn't have to reschedule. Thank you so much! Also the dispatcher was amazing! She kept us up to date on when he would be coming put and made it work with our crazy schedule.

  Do NOT do business with this company. The only reason they have one star for this review is that zero stars was not an option! Did not show up for two weeks of scheduled appointments. When they finally showed up their quality of work was extremely sub par and not to code. Workers would show up at 11 and work until 1 or 2 pm. Duct work in the attic was not strapped and left laying on the trusses and back side of ceiling sheetrock. When what was supposed to be a 2 day job ended after almost 6 days the job site was left a complete mess. To make matters worse the workers stepped through my ceilings in two places and tried to leave without saying anything about the damage. Sent pictures to the office and I was assured they would credit me for the repairs. Then to my surprise I realized that they had (completely without my permission) charged almost $9,000 on a card I had used for the deposit on the job AND they did it BEFORE the job was even completed. The owner and office manager refuse to return my calls or issue the credit for the repairs (drywall repairs and painting of the damaged ceilings). These guys are unprofessional and dishonest. Go elsewhere!

  Called them for a repair we where loosing Freon! Sent a service technician he was there for few hrs did a repair everything seemed ok. Paid almost 800.00 no problem! After a month lost Freon again so we called took several times before they sent someone else!!!!! He said we needed a whole new system why didn’t first guy mention that ? No reimbursement or help to fix the problem very rude after getting there money!! Problem was just a leak in the line don’t be scammed!!!
