I had a great experience from the initial inspection/quote visit all the way to the finished project. My technical questions prior to the sale and after installation were answered promptly and completely. All A-1 employees were clean, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work site was properly cleaned up after the installation and I received a folder will all paperwork pertaining to my systems.

Jared was a great tech. He called me ahead of time, was very respectful! He did a great job. Told me my repair was under warranty, and was very quick! Thank you to Buddy's for getting someone out quick!

Buddy's A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating is the best company in Baton Rouge. If your having any issues with your Air Conditioning & Heating System, please call them. They will come out whether there's rain, sleet, or snow that's how much they care about their customers. Furthermore, their technicians are very knowledgeable, skillful, professional, and compassionate. I would like to say thank you to Technicians Myrio P. and Jake F. you guys are awesome!!!!
