  We called after a plumber came out from another place and told us our tankless water heater was broken and needed replacement and wasn’t big enough after working great for 8 years. Michael came out on time and turns out it just needed a good descaling. It is working great. Very happy with a job well done and appreciate an honest assessment instead of jumping to try to sell us a whole new system. Will definitely be using this company for any future needs as they gained our trust.

  Have used SSH&C over the past 47 years as service was needed on our gas forced hot air furnace and A/C. Always efficient and professional service. Just had our original furnace and A/C system replaced 2 days before Christmas (with house full of company no less!) and they were awesome. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.

  Our furnace died, and the weatherman was calling for temps in the low teens. South Shore regiggered their scheduling to get a crew of three plumbing guys and three electrical guys right over for a complete furnace replacement. They arrived on schedule, bright and early with everything needed for the day’s work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. In fact, it was like watching a ballet, seeing them work around each other. All calls to the office to set this up were professional and super responsive. Shore Shore is a 1st class outfit, and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
