  Lynn and the team were unbelievably helpful. She told me in March, when she quoted me, that lead times were about a week. My flooring contractor was supposed to give me a 2 week notice for work about then end of April. I ordered the grills on Friday, April 30 and reached out to the flooring contractor for an installation date. They didn't answer my text until Monday, May 3 and said they were coming on Friday, May 7. The race was on, as his next available slot was in mid-June (we needed the room ready by June 3). IDK what strings Lynn pulled, but she was able to expedite my order and ship out my grills on Thurday, May 6 for overnight delivery! They got here just in time! Thank you to everyone on staff for pulling this together for me. I hope to swing by and see the shop this summer.

  This was such a fabulous experience interacting with this phenomenal company! Mary Lou the office manager emailed me promptly with a quote for all sizes of grills and air returns in our new house. When I stopped by Ben gave me several samples of different wood species to see which one would match our floors best! Then The owner Mr. Mascerelli met me personally today and custom made my grills by the end of the day .....amazing customer service ! Will always refer and uses them on our future projects !
