  I had South City come out to replace my 20 year old ac unit that finally went out due to bad coils. I called and they were very responsive at coming out as quick as my schedule allowed them to. They were very informative with what was wrong and what my option(s) were. The gentleman who came out was very patient respectful and didn’t try to force sell anything. They had a new unit, which comes with a warranty, installed the same week. Highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tim and the South City crew!
