  I rarely use contractors and repairmen because in my experience, there are a lot of them that call themselves professionals, but are far from it. This guy is NOT one of those guys! In the last 2 years, this guy repaired A/C at two different homes I've owned. Always returns calls within a reasonable time, been there when he said he would be, reasonable $, and didn't try to upsell me to new units just because they were old. Yesterday, he replaced a bad fan motor in my exterior A/C unit. Turned out the new motor was bad. He came out today, double checked everything, put another new fan motor in and it's running fine now. Bad motor wasn't his fault, but no additional charge for today.

  They did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioner at my parents house. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs

  I have to give them 5 stars. Not as a customer but as a former intern. Working beside them was the best experience I've ever had and will never forget. Since then I've worked with a few other companies and just wasn't content about the jobs they were performing. Not saying they were doing the job wrong, but All American Heating & Cooling tends to do that little extra to make sure the job is done right, and more efficiently. I'm the type of person that likes to be taught the right way, not how to take short cuts to get the job done quicker. I'll never regret working with and learning from this amazing group. It doesn't matter who I'm working for, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.
