Julia and Caleb were excellent guides. Booked through Holland America but they work with other Cruise lines and provided a shuttle to the the train.

We rented bikes for a couple of hours and went up to the historic site of Dyea! We did the E-bikes that gave a little assistance for the 20 mile ride round trip. The service in the store was amazing and the bikes were in awesome condition. Totally recommend!

Simply enjoyable.  Did the train/bike ride excursion and really enjoyed it.  Properly paced for all riders.  Primarily coasting and braking but a small couple mile pedal at the end to get to their shop through town.  Recommended for sure.

Really impressed by this company.   The day we arrived in Skagway the White Pass Train was not running because of a rock slide.   They still arranged to drive us up the mountain and allow us to "bike" down (I put it in quotes because for 95% of the ride, you aren't pedaling, you just ride the brakes).    They stopped at 3 locations on the way down for pictures (twice at good views, once at a waterfall).   The Trek bikes were in excellent condition, all having well-maintained hydraulic brakes.    Since we were not able to take the train up, they arranged to refund that part of the package price.

Did the train up, bike down tour Sept 7th of this year.  The guides were all great people.  The bikes were quality TREK units and they provided plenty of clothing for the weather.  The ride down the mountain was really nice.  Great company to deal with!
