  A storm was coming on Saturday so I ordered fuel online Wednesday with Thursday delivery. They didn’t come on Thursday. I Called Friday morning, they said they would come same day. I Called back Friday afternoon, they said they scheduled for Monday but would come Friday (that day). I Called again Friday evening they said they would come shortly. They called me Friday evening to verify the fuel type. They didn’t snow up. If you depend on fuel I would not use this company. I have had snows for 10 years and will not use them again. I lost power and had no backup heat as they made the delivery. I called the emergency number and it was only a tech who couldn’t help with a fuel delivery.

Unfortunately, this storm was unprecedented in the volume of requests we received from customers that rely on propane as their only heat source.   We had a problem with our Furnace and they came out right away and fixed it. The service person was awesome and very knowledgeable. Kudos to them for good old fashioned customer service. Kathy in the office is also very helpful. In todays world it's a breath of fresh air. Thank you

  While we are away during the winter months we are quite comfortable knowing that Snows is looking after our place with the service agreement for both our furnace and air conditioning unit as well as the temp/fuel monitoring service. However, I would appreciate getting a monthly status report like "all is well" or something. Thanks, Fred Armstrong
