  Northstar is the BEST. They have kept our 2 Mitsubishi Slim heating/cooling units functioning beautifully in our Wellfleet home for years. They are extremely professional, responsive, prompt and kind. We had a service contract in place which we chose not to schedule due to the pandemic. Even tho it had expired under the terms, they honored the appointment regardless. Thank you SO much Bill, Sean and Laura--it is always a pleasure to work with you!!

  Very happy with Northstar's service of my Fujitsu minisplits in Wellfleet. Responsive, great communication, thorough diagnosis, successful repair. While trying to get my minisplits fixed, I realized most places like to install, not maintain them. The few places that did answer the phone assumed I needed all lines replaced without even looking. NorthStar came out and took their time to diagnose the problem to be a relatively minor valve replacement. The technician (Sean) was fantastic to work with and explained everything so that I could understand it.

  I am so pleased with Northstar . Excellent response and service . The nicest people and so efficient , I like that they are a local company and were here quickly and fixed my problem easily . 10 ⭐️ s !
