  Went in the ER with breathing issues and rapid heartbeat, they rushed me in, I sat for hours before talking to the doctor, and I'm by no means a bad patient, I thank everyone and talk to them friendly, I'm also hardly on my call light but it took more than an hour before anyone answered my light. Finally aftee being in the ER for 7 hours I was took to a room, everything was wonderful aside from one lab tech that was rude and sometimes when I did use my call light it'd be 30 minutes to an hour before anyone came in. Finally here I am writing this on my discharge day. Took the doctor 2 hours to get in here, then now I'm sitting here waiting over an hour and a half for my dicharge papers, them knowing my ride out had to leave at 12, it's now 11:57 and I'm still waiting, overheard the nurse talking to someone about it and they said I'm not leaving at 12. Very angry at the moment especially since I've been nice and respectful while here thanking everyone and staying off the light. And now with my door open I hear the nurses at the desk giggling and laughing while they talk about other patients and me included.

  This hospital is the biggest joke I have ever seen. Joel B Stern, MD, not only has horrible bedside manner but he is completely dismissive. I brought my 21 month old daughter in. The problem was she was in and out of consciousness and her pupils were very small WHICH HE SAID WERE NORMAL!! I’m talking could not keep her eyes open. THIS JOKE of a doctor said , your baby isn’t dying. Your baby isn’t going to die. Then the two nurses and doctor that held my daughter down left A BRUISE ON HER ARM!!! They have NO idea how to handle children at all! They completely freaked her out to the point where she was screaming and crying for hours just being there. He completely ignored my worries. Did not do a ct scan even though his “diagnosis” was altered mental status! And for the reason for visit he put “fussy”! Word of advice to all parents and adults as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE UNLESS ITS A REALLY REALLY BAD EMERGENCY AND THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE!!!

  It me longer to get in the car than i was cared for at this hospital. Wrong diagnosis! Wrong treatment! Dr. was in the room less than a minute. Left in just as much pain as I went in with. Muscle relaxers are like taking a vitamin, pretty sure because its not a pulled muscle. This hospital IS what is wrong with health care!
