  Worthless company been going on 5 weeks with no heat after being told he would be back within a week to repair it. Refuse to answer the phone, make 10 phone calls a day with no return call back! Can't imagine how you can run a business like this and be successful

  My mother has been waiting well over a month for this joke of a person to install a pellet stove! In fact was told he would come install it today and never showed up! How is this business still in business? What a joke!
