  There all crooks from local police to commonwealth atty Toy Evens all the way down to sheriff's dept and Chilhowie police was arrested on made up charges held for 5 months then they fire the cop that signed paper work and let Lowe's garage steal over $6,000.00 of tools from my truck and won't investigate I made out a very detailed post of the incident but it was defeated like this one will probably be also I caught over 5 felony charges because my 6 year old son left as couple toy guns and a fake grenade in my truck they owe me almost 5 months of my life back i finally after two years got the tee shirts and toys the cops stole from my house will never get back the $600.00 dollar ran some i was held on but they did fire the cop interesting huh ? Do not ever trust any smyt h county or Chilhowie police especially if Smith or Lowe's garage they will Rob you bling and Roy Evens won't do a thing about it next stop for Roy and Chilhowie is internal affairs and Virginia attorney General sending people to look into Mr. Evens in a free man single father hard worker when I had tools which most belonged to my deceased father and a voter things are bout to change for better and for good in Smyth county Virginia
