  Unfortunately our Trane air conditioning starts leaking and had to replace it. we have service contract with Smith heating and air conditioning. All the technicians and front desk staff members are great. The owner only care about their own pockets. Forcing the salesman to go and sell only Lennox model. We had Trane air condition and it was great but we had to replace it. We wanted the same Trane but the salesman down played all the other models and sold us Lennox 3.5T. This unit is not efficient and will not function as our Old Trane. We request the company to replace it . The owner offered to replace it with Train and we have to pay another over $6,000 . He said they will replace it and will leave the Lennox on our drive way to get red of it. What an smart decision. Unfortunately we stock with this Lennox. Please do not buy Lennox and do not trust the owner and salesman.
