A/C Repairman arrived as promised and didn't waste any time.  He listened to what I had to say, got to work, and took care of the  problem in short order.  Afterwards, he explained what had been the problem with my heat pump and listed the options for repair, including showing pictures on his IPad for everything.  I am still practicing COVID precautions and he was respectful of that, giving me space.  No problems. Friendly, knowledgable.

Our technician, Joshua, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to assess my unit quickly and made great recommendations. I will definitely be using SM air again and go with their recommendations for an upgraded unit. Our unit went out and the technician was at my house quickly to assess and fix the our unit. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair but Joshua was able to provide great recommendations for another unit.
