  Getting an appointment was easy and they had plenty of availability. They called me to let me know the technician was on his way, and he was right on time. Andrew was our technician- he was very helpful explaining things to me and letting me pepper him with all my questions. He was thorough in taking all the things apart to inspect and clean, and was prepared for all the minor repairs and that needed to be done. It took about 45 minutes or so and it was all done! I was happy with the service so I went ahead and got on their 2 year plan for maintenance 👍

  Wonderful customer service on top of always being available day and night. We needed to replace our system in a pinch mid summer and Reliable Air came to the rescue asap. Shout out Cheryl and Juan for the great experience! The entire team is on top of it!
