They will not sell to the public. You have to be licensed for ANY PURCHASE. My AC uses an odd size filter that hardware stores don't Cary. All I needed was an air filter and they refused to sell me that.

If you get paid by the hour it's a great place to order parts. Expect to stand around waiting for service at the counter. Some of the staff is rude, some are nice. Seems like there is a decent amount of turnover so you can't blame the new people for being slow.

Don't Call this place unless you are a contractor ... They no longer talk to you unless you are a contractor ... Sorry to hear, guess i will have to find another place to order my home air filters from
