  Promptly scheduled and timely appearance. NO WAITING. Great job by Bryce, who thoroughly checked out the HVAC Heating and cooling system in Pinellas County, Florida. 5 Stars, if I could give them 6, I would. Highly recommend and would use their Air Conditioning AC service again.

  We purchased a maintenance plan with Sitton Air earlier this year. We really like the fact that the plan was so affordable. We purchased a new house in March 2020 and the old AC unit stopped working our first night in our new house! We had to replace it right away last year (this was before we knew about Sitton Air). In early April 2021, Bryce came out to service the unit, clean it out and make sure everything looked good and was running properly. He said we bought a good one and it's like taking care of a brand new car! Him saying that definitely set my mind at ease knowing that we bought a good unit. He was very professional, was on time to our appointment and even took a few minutes to give our dog a pat on the head. Love that! Now we have peace of mind knowing that we are going into the summer heat and humidity with a well maintained, brand new AC unit. We would definitely recommend Sitton Air for servicing your AC unit.
