  Jake and his company have been a great help with the AC in our property. He has been carefully tracking when a new coil would be available due to supply line delays. Once he obtained it, he and his team spent the entire day replacing our old coil which was leaking. We were really impressed with his service and even purchased a new AC unit for our rental property for a reasonable price. Jake paid careful attention to permits and made sure that the electric demands were met for the new unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. Plus the customer service was outstanding! I will be using Kold Pro Air for all HVAC needs from now on.

  Our unit kept freezing up so our friend highly recommended this company. It was on a Sunday and I was panicking that we would have to suffer another day with the heat, thankfully I called and Rosa was so friendly and said she would send Jake out as soon as she could. Jake arrived and was so professional, explained and showed us everything that was going on, and took the time with us so that we fully understood everything. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling Jake for all our air conditioning needs. I am so grateful they were referred to us!

  Jake is deserving of 5 stars or better. I did a review under my wife's name earlier and on FB. I don't normally do these but his answer to the call, expertise, thorough diagnosis, professionalism and ability to educate homeowner is first class. We are new to area and glad I found Kold Pro. Don't just go by ratings but check how MANY ratings there respect to the rating and you will find Kold Pro leads the pack. For Good reason. As long as Jake is there he will be on our HVAC speed dial. Thanks again Jake!
