  This company was assigned to me through Choice Home warranty to come and fix my leaking faucet in my bathtub. Upon arrival, they were given a check for $75.00, which is my service fee agreement to pay any vendor that Choice Home warranty sends to me. He advised he didn’t have the right part for my bathtub to fix it that day, but would be back out with it. Two days later he cashed my check and has never returned. He will not return my phone calls, Choice Home warranties phone calls, or my texts, it’s now been two weeks. This company is nothing but thieves and if you’re smart, you’d stay away from them.

  Stay away from this company!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do not waste your time or money. Cannot trust! A technician came out on a Saturday to TRY and fix our A/C. They said compressor was out. Soonest they can fix it is Monday morning. Technician came out late at 1:30 to call and say the compressor was out and we need to order it...Which would arrive Wednesday for an extra $200 shipping fee. We had a parts warranty and they wanted to charge $1200 JUST FOR LABOR. We agreed because we were desperate. They then call back to say they won’t fix it because we need to fix something else which would cost $4000. Still not fixed. They’re just out for your money. Stay away.
