  We waited 4 weeks to have this excuse for a company install a basement bathroom rough in (a simple and fast task) in a house currently being built. The delay and almost 0 communication and run arounds from this "company" delayed our house build over 3 weeks. Finally we called another company that will be there to do the job within the next few days. If you want your job to be done at all on time please do yourself a favor and hire a different company. Our family is very large in the area and it is a shame for this to turn so many people away from this "company" that I will never recommend.

  Our A/C went out on a super hot day. I have an elderly mother . The second they heard that they were here within a couple of hours. Kevin was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He had us up and running very quickly.

  Called twice to set appointments for service. They never showed and never called. Don’t bother trying to use them.
