I have called Kenny 4 different times now for service and he has been VERY rude on the phone every time. Terrible customer service and always has an excuse for not wanting to do the job, which is fine with me because I would never want to do business with someone like that. Only reason I kept calling that many times was because we were limited on companies we could use. I would never recommend him to anyone. Luckily I found a great company that service our area.
