Highly recommended! Was close to my house, very customer friendly. Paid over the phone, they brought it out to my car. motor works great, furnace was back up & running in a couple hours.

Good company.  Ordered a replacement gas valve and it was shipped promptly and for a fair price.  They confirm the order immediately and advise when product is shipped.  Shipping charge was only $8.00 to California.  Would definitely buy from Shorty's again.

Returned from vacation and A/C was dead.  I had a local service company out to diagnose.  The issue was a dead variable speed ECM motor.  EXPENSIVE!   I came across Shortys website and contacted them about replacement parts.  They were very responsive, very knowledgeable, and shared a lot of information on how to complete the repair.  They were one of the lowest prices and very easy to work with.  The replacement motor came in just a few days and is now installed and working great.  What a great experience!

I needed a fan motor that no one local could find or get and these guys had it in stock.  Ash was a great help and got the motor shipped out the same day. I would use them again in the future.
