  Rob was our technician and he was phenomenal! He was so helpful and explained how our heating system worked. He also was helpful in detailing how older homes (like ours) would lay things out with HVAC systems and how it could be more energy efficient. He also uncovered a huge mystery that we hadn’t figured out in 8 years of living here! If all the Baptist Heating guys are like Rob, you can’t go wrong!!! Thanks again Baptist Heating & Air!
