  I had called several places within 20 mile radius of my home when my A/C unit went out. Out of desperation I started moving that search out to 40 plus miles. I got ahold of Cindy at Shield's. Not only was she trying to find a technician to help me, she was very friendly and sympatric to situation. She had me an appt with a technician for next day. Not long after technician arrived, he diagnosed issue and it was repaired. I am so thankful to Shield's for all of their help and prompt assistance. As a Realtor I am always looking to build relationships with local vendors for my clients. I will from this day forward strongly recommend Shields Heating and A/C

  I telephoned this company. They came the same day. The technician was able to diagnose and do the repairs. Having the parts needed on his truck. My furnace was fixed and working. I support Local businesses. If we don't change how we support these small businesses we will have greater problems for the future.

  The person I talked to didn't have much time for my concerns. Both my fireplace or my Train furnace.
