  Russ was the foreman of our solar job. He was available at every step of the project. Now as an Independent contractor, he has completed several projects for us from electrical (his specialty), to overhauling our evaporative cooler and winterizing it, to installing a window of glass blocks for us. He is completely honest, trustworthy, and reliable, which is highly valued and hard to find these days. If he says he can do a job, he can, and will do better than expected.

  What an amazing turnaround in my house and business using Sheppard Electric. At my house he changed the lighting to recessed ceiling cans which updated our 40 year old home. In my business he installed a ventilation system for our Laser machine which doubled our production time. Never have I seen such a professional company in El Paso, Texas. Would highly recommend and I will always call my 'Go To' company for all my electrical needs!
