  You would not think that having a hot water tank installed in the basement would be a cause for celebration, but, when you have spent the weekend without hot water it's something we were extremely happy about. I left a message for Shanklin on Sunday morning and at 6:20am Monday morning I had an email back from Connie with a price quote, and at 8am I was on the phone with her. At that early hour it looked like we were not going to be able to have the tank installed until Wednesday but Connie is really good at her job and used all her powers to have Nate and Josh at our house by 1:30 Monday afternoon. Nate & Josh got right to it and had everything installed by 2:30pm. Included were a new gas shut off valve and new hot and cold water shut offs as well. The venting for the tank was also brand new and looks fantastic. Those guys know their job and were super. If you need a hot water tank ask for them. Now as for Connie and also Nicole ( who I spoke to a couple of times as well ), I can't say enough about these ladies. Connie was the first person I ever spoke to at Shanklin, oh maybe 5 years ago now, and she has only gotten better through the years. We have now had a new furnace, new air conditioner and today hot water. I may have run out of things to install but I do have the yearly maintenance so I am always in contact with Shanklin. In an age when many plumbing and HVAC companies are being bought up by big conglomerates, it is refreshing to work with a locally owned and operated company that seem to value each and every employee. Thanks again.

  My water tank started leaking a few days before I was about to leave on a big trip during the middle of winter. I called on a Monday and they did everything in their power to find me a new hot water tank (during a pandemic) and also rearranged their schedule to put me as priority! Two days later I had my brand new hot water tank with excellent service from the repair men as well as the office staff! They took all of my calls and responded immediately to answer all my questions. Great company, great staff! Highly recommend!

  We had Shanklin coming in for a maintenance plan. When it was time for a new furnace they came out and laid out all our options. We decided to replace both the AC and Furnace in our house. Corey and Ian were very nice and professional. We will definitely keep using Shanklin in the future.
