We woke up in the middle of the night with no heat during a cold snap , we were desperate with two children and three pets. I first left a message with reliable. Then to another popular company. The other called back immediately and arrived within one hour. The initial quote seemed wrong and was told that my 12 year d would be  near as much to fix as to buy a new one 🙉. While this was going on reliable called back and I explained quickly what the problem was and that they sold me this furnace back when we were in more desperate times at a very good price. Miss Shawn was understanding and got to work immediately to help. She called back before the deal was done with the other and though the cost wasn’t nearly as originally assumed from the first Co. it was still pricey. When all was said and done, we paid the service fee for the first co. And Reliables service fee, part, and work, for $200.00 less than the other quoted total! And Reliable arrived within an hour and a half with part in hand, took 15 minutes for Ryan( knowledgeable and super friendly guy) to install! Thanks to all at Reliable! I will not go to another again!!!

They were very quick to help me. The tech showed up within a couple hours of my call. He did a great job for a great price.

I had the most horrific experience over the course of 1 week.  I called them out on Friday July 3rd for my AC not working properly.  The tech looked over everything and determined my blower motor went out.  He didn't have the part and would need to come back in the morning which I had no problem with.  Tech comes back July 4th and replaces the blower motor and capacitor.  My AC wasn't pushing much air but he told me it needed time to get back to normal.  July 5th morning I call them back out because it was not working again.  Tech says the capacitor blew and was probably fluke.  My AC was still not pushing much air and again told it needed time. July 6th we call them back out as the AC is running and running with the temp going up and very little air flowing in the vents in our house.   A different tech comes out and tells us "It is to late, to hot and I'm to overweight to fix it today."  Also, advised us it was our duct work.  I make a complaint and the office lady Shawn was EXTREMELY rude.  She wanted to order more parts and keep telling me my duct work is the problem.  My husband calls her back after I could no longer reason with her and gets them to come back out on Friday the 10th.  When their tech came out on Friday the 10th it took him 15 seconds to see the first tech wired the blower motor backwards and advised our duct work looked good!  So our AC ran 24/7 for a week because it was blowing air back out and could not keep up with temps.  I had to buy a window AC till they could come back out since we were under heat advisories as my husband and child have asthma and the heat does not agree with them.
I write them to ask for a partial refund for my issues.  I didn't even get a response!  Not a sorry not a no way NOTHING.
Owner of this company really needs to relook at his office staff and train his techs better!   I used them 4 years ago without issue so naturally I called them again.  I will never use their service again! BEWARE!

Con artist  thank God I found a good company to fix my ac instead of these cons who try to tell me I need a new unit Instead of the simple repair it needed this company can't be trusted

Needing a furnace blower motor on short notice, Reliable Heating & Cooling was the only shop in the area that was able to provide me with what I needed on the day after Christmas. Fantastic parts support!! Retail parts shop for DIY'ers!!

I called Reliable for the first time today. We had no heat and the house was down to 60 degrees. I spoke with Debbie in the office and within a few hours Ryan, a wonderful technician, was at our house fixing the problem. I would certainly use Reliable again and would refer them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you Debbie and Ryan!

This place is theft I called them for my furnace they came out to give me a price charged me $80 to me the part would be in Monday called them Tuesday the lady was rude said someone would call that knew about the parts Wednesday I have my wife call 2 hours before normal hours the lady was extremely rude to her. We have 3 toddlers and had no heat for a week still haven’t heard from them. I had another company come in and replace the part Thursday. Not Reliable heating and cooling stole $80 from my family and never gave us heat
