  When we moved to our present home we were told that the previous company was used the most in the area. Then the company closed and we worried about fuel oil and where to find it reliably. Seth Energy reached out to us and we joined them. We request that they only come when we call and we own our oil tanks. They have been professional and reliable. If you communicate your needs, they are very responsive.

  I switched to this company in January of this year because my neighbors did. My neighbors have a 1800sf home and I have a 900sf home they have a payment plan of $100.00 a month but Stephanie said I would need to pay $140.00 a month even after explaining I have half the square footage and use for the same exact reasons they do she tried to tell me That I would use more???? I don’t think math was her best subject in school! Also her customer service skills were horrible. Anyways they installed the tanks in January and came out to fill them the next day, but then a week later they came and filled them again. So I called and spoke to Stephanie again and asked them not to come so often and she said that’s not possible that they have to fill when they are in the area because they are “leased tanks” . So your gonna fill my tanks every week??? Very odd, I leased tanks from my last company and they came when I asked. So I paid some of the bill and 2 weeks later I get an email from Stephanie saying they are taking the tanks. They can Come get their tanks, I don’t have time for the stupidity!

  Seth Energy personal are very nice people. I was in desperate help my smoke detector kept going off every time i turned the heater on. I called Seth Energy for help and they came in the same day took care of the problem and filled my oil tank. You want to talk about service? Seth Energy #1.
