  We have used Angel for multiple appliances and issues in our first and second home. He was originally referred to us from friends of ours and ended up being 1/3 the price of other quotes, so we chose him. He is extremely prompt — usually showing up within hours. He gives honest advice as to whether something can be fixed or if it truly needs replaced. He educates while he works so that we can do some of our own maintenance work now. This costs him money, but he does it happily. He doesn’t make you take off work to be home to let him in. He helps himself and cleans up after himself. We have been 110% satisfied with his service. Two thumbs up and definitely recommend.

  They installed a NEW central ac unit, and the second cooling season it needed gas. I naturally called MK. After looking for the leak, which was never found they filled it with gas and that was that. I received a bill for $300. I paid $200 as that was all it was worth with no estimate. They have now put me in collections, which of course I am challenging. So now I am suing them for improperly installing my unit. A secondary evaporator drain line should have been installed. The only line to drain was clogged due to a bend in the hose from being shoved through the floor, which overflowed the pan into the kitchen which has laminate wood flooring that buckled and under the pad was BLACK MOLD! As I am taking anti-suppressants for a transplant this is NOT GOOD. I gave one star for showing up. But I’ll let the reader decide. Beware
