Pete, Mikey and the whole crew were amazing! We had some water damage flood through three floors and they were able to dry everything out quickly and efficiently. Pete even worked his magic and managed to dry out under our ceramic tile without having to tear it up, which is normally the case with ceramic tile. Pete communicated well with us through every step of the process and was kind, professional and courteous. We are so grateful!

Everyone we’ve encountered while working with ServPro has been incredibly kind and professional. Pete is a gem. He is personable and dedicated to solving issues thoroughly. He made us feel much better about the situation as soon as he arrived and kept us well informed during the entire process. Not to mention, Pete has been very helpful with the insurance claim process. Phil and Patrick did the incredibly hard work of the initial remediation with such ease and good spirits that we, once again, knew we called the right company to help us in our time of need.
