Todd Kennedy was extremely helpful and professional as his team of Kelsey, Kierra, and Kurt- had been done for the day. They quickly stepped up and came to our rescue after hours! We could NOT have asked for a more professional job well done or a better team of guys! I highly recommend them. They had to leave fans & dehumidifiers for 5.5 days and they checked on us daily and kept us up to date on everyhing that was going on! I cannot express our gratitude enough! JOB WELL DONE GUYS!!!! I contacted this company from theirTupelo/Amory office. They came out to do an inspection. Only after the inspection was completed and the man was standing in my dining room preparing to leave was I told I owed $250. I was not prepared to pay that much for a service call. However, I used my debit card and made the payment. 2 days later I called about the quote I received for over $1600 (after being told the day of the inspection the job should not be over $1000). I reminded him of cost he quoted verbally. He said well we got to remove insulation. I said yeah you told me that initially so that should not have increased cost to over double. This was to clean one room that showed signs of mold. He asked if I would be filing insurance. I said no due to the cost of my deductible. I He then told me the entire amount was due before I could make an appointment. This type information should be provided a customer up front so that an informative decision can be made. I lost the $250 deposit.

So very well pleased with our experience with Servpro.
