FANTASTIC SERVICE: Dave came to our home during the busiest time of year a few days after our call. During a time of suspect service in so many areas due to labor shortages and other factors, Donald Allred's did an amazing job. (we've waited weeks for other types of repair or service since Covid) Very professional with the utmost courtesy. Fortunately the part was available on the truck and we were back up and running in no time at all. I'd recommend them to everyone. Could not have been better...

Great communication throughout service! Our heat went out during a winter storm. The person taking the calls at the office was up front about the wait time. Due to the volume of calls during the inclement weather, it was the next morning before the technician could come service our heater. Significant to note that it was still sleeting/snowing and the road conditions were terrible. The technician still came and was on time. He diagnosed the problem and indicated that he didn’t have the part with him. At this point, he could have just said it would be a few days before he could get the part and come back to repair our heat but he didn’t do that. He made the drive on the dangerous roads to get the part and then came back and fixed our heat. Excellent customer service and they showed dedication to us as a customer. I thought the costs of the repair was more than reasonable given the trouble and time the technician put into the repair. My family and I sincerely appreciate the effort from this business.

Hired them for new install with new house. Install was great. The Trane unit has quit working every summer since it was new. Parts were replaced every time under warranty with the exception of me covering the cost of Freon because it’s not covered under the 10 year warranty. Warranty ran out this past October and unit quit 2 weeks ago. Service tech said he didn’t see an issue at that exact moment because it’s an interment problem. Got a bill for $200. Obviously this unit was a lemon from the get go. Several different service techs from Allred’s even admitted that. Trane should have replaced the complete unit as it was never fixed the first time. Allred’s won’t get a dime from me ever again and I’ve known them my entire life. Now I’m out 5k for a complete new unit from another company because a Trane couldn’t last summer to summer and I’m fed up with the b.s.
