We had a major leak in the laundry room.  Servpro was on site the same day and began the process of water removal and drying out all of the flooring immediately.  Once everything was dry the staff from Servpro removed all of the damaged material and left everything ready for the repair team to start getting our house back in order.

Servpro worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered by our policy.

The overall experience with Servpro was excellent.

We had some pretty severe water damage this week and Servpro was prompt, professional and   courteous.  We have never had any experience with this type of problem and didn't know what to expect but Mike gave us so much reassurance that him and his crew were ready to start cleanup immediately! Mike’s assessment of the damage, thorough explanations & customers service immediately gave us a sense of calmness & confidence! The Team of Techs (Prentis, Hunter, Travis and Brandon) were very responsive & stayed until the cleanup was complete and we just had to wait for the dryers to do the rest. We didn't lift a finger, they did all the work! The Team was very professional and eager to make sure the damage was minimized, the entire crew was polite and professional throughout the entire process. I happened to be working with Brad Niebrand through Toys For Tots in December 2020 when he got a call about a fire here in Houston County.  We drove straight there.  Brad met his boss, Matt Howell, at the site also.  Both representatives were very professional and handled the case with care.  They were empathetic and provided the family with the necessary information to get moving on the restoration of their home.  Knowing Brad Niebrand personally, I would not expect anything less than the level of concern he showed during this crisis, but to see him on the job leaves no doubt he is a valuable asset to SERVPRO.
