The man that came to service our unit, Evan Grimes, was extremely polite and well mannered. He explained to us exactly what was wrong with the unit and got it working perfectly.   I had the pleasure of having my AC serviced by Premier. My technician, Evan Grimes, was very polite and had no problem explaining to me what the issue was. He had my air conditioning working in no time and even cleaned up around the unit. Highly recommend this company and Evan.
