  This Servpro location provided above and beyond service, way beyond expectation. They came as soon as we called on a weekend. All the staff we dealt with were empathetic, cared about what we were going through, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were extremely personable and pleasant to be around. They treated our home and our family with respect and even made us laugh along the way. They stayed late several nights, never complaining about the long hours and weekend work, and they worked HARD every minute they were here. At one point, a huge 2×4 that was left unsecured in our ceiling by the builder fell on a worker's head, making him bleed, and he kept working despite me asking him if he needed to sit down and ice the wound. We worked with five different staff members; all of them were hard working, kind, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and good-natured. They were also extremely helpful and adept at working with our insurance as well as helping us quickly find a high quality contractor. We are located in Mattawan, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough! J. DeHaan 2/17/22

  Tony Norris and his crew were absolutely fantastic! We had a flood in our basement. They took all the stress out of the process and came everyday to check on everything and kept us informed every step! Now onto the contractor! Thank you so much guys!!!
