ServPro  was recommended by my home owners insurance company to clean up mold and dry out my crawl space and garage ,after a water pipe break and leak. Servpro provided great service from the setup to getting the job complete.  Brian and Brandon did a great job on cleaning and they also used a product to clean any bacteria inside my ducts. Very pleased overall. Professional in tearing out damaged wall and ceiling and storage of furniture. They took my window treatment for cleaning but it was damaged in the process. I asked to have the two panels returned to try to salvage the trim. They agreed, but I have not received them.   also I am missing a support bracket which was custom painted to match the rod and other bracket. I don’t know if it was discarded or where it is. I got a call that someone was coming between 2-3 pm on March 9 to do a final check of the work but to date no one has.

Servpro was there in a flash when our apartment flooded. They cleaned up the damage, removed the furniture and stored until we were able to move back in. Cathy was a pro at packing. All of my antique glass was expertly packed. The movers , who brought back the furniture, were friendly and mindful of each piece. Kudos to Servpro.

We used them to get water out of our hardwoods. The mats they used to dry the area worked perfectly and (I have to admit) I was surprised that they worked. The wood was buckling and now it's back to normal.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't come by until almost 2 days after I initially called. Because they showed up later in the week, they ended up leaving the equipment over the weekend (couldn't pick it up until Monday - didn't check on it, either) which was probably overkill. We had to pay per day. So, more expensive than I had hoped.

They laid new carpet throughout the house - moved all the furniture and were very professional and courteous. From the calls before arranging the day and time to the followup after installation - They got it all right. Beautiful job and skilled installers. These guys are wonderful!!!!!  They did a beautiful job, and not only saved me from a very bad situation but gave me a beautiful kitchen at the end of it all!!!!  I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
