  This was our first time dealing with Stoneman. I will say, we were very impressed. The technician was prompt. The scheduled time was (1-3). He arrived exactly at 1. He was detailed in his explanations on the furnace repair. He also was respectful of our property and showed GREAT manners. I would have given 5 stars but he forgot to replace the cover on the control box. 4.75 stars is great.

  10/10 recommend this company!! Derrick Diffee the salesman was such a pleasure to work with. Took about a week for the parts to come in which I thought was great considering how hard it is to get stuff in these days! Quote was given the same day Derrick came out to take a look, and once I gave him the go ahead to order the new system - he had us scheduled to get it put in a week later. Then the three guys (Peter, Mark and Travis) that came to install were awesome! Super friendly and informative, did a great job and even cleaned up the mess! Took them a little over 4 hours to put the whole system in. Will definitely refer them and use them again.

  After 27 years we finally needed to have both units in a two zone HVAC system replaced. The price was right and the installation was painless!!! The crew was efficient and knew exactly what they were doing; very professional and cleaned up like they were never there. We have used Stoneman many times for their yearly HVAC maintenance over the years and they were our first choice to install a new system. Thank you guys!! And Mary K!! you are the best.
